# Nutzungsregeln

Für den Broker-Bereich gelten mehrere Regeln, um Ihnen ein optimales Erlebnis zu garantieren.

### Einreichung

Wenn Sie bei einer Studie länger als 90 Tage keine neue Aktion vornehmen, können Sie die Exklusivität zugunsten eines anderen Brokers verlieren, der eine Studie zu demselben Unternehmen oder derselben Organisation eingeleitet hat. Dieser Zeitraum verkürzt sich auf 30 Tage, wenn beide der folgenden Kriterien erfüllt sind:

* Die Studie betrifft ein Unternehmen oder eine Organisation, deren Umsatz oder Betriebshaushalt unter 50 Mio. € liegt.
* Sie haben kein Projekt hochgeladen.
