# Support

This page covers support available to **you as a broker**. For support your **clients** need on their Stoïk Protect space or cyber prevention tools, see the [Help Center](https://docs.stoik.io/help/help-center).

### Sales and cyber support

As a broker, your role is essential in helping your clients effectively protect themselves against cyberattacks. But getting into the technical details of cyber risk can sometimes be complex. That's why we offer the option to organize a 60-minute video consultation between you, your client, and one of our **Stoïk Experts**. The goal: putting their technical expertise at the service of yours. Access the appointment booking form with a Stoïk Expert directly from your client's project page.

Your usual **points of contact at Stoïk** are available to discuss your ongoing and upcoming studies at any time.

### Sales enablement resources

Find our sales enablement resources (DDA training, comparative studies, cyberattack examples) in the `Sales support` tab of your Broker Space.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.stoik.io/broker/en/getting-started/support.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
