# Submission rules

Exclusivity on a prospect is maintained as long as recent activity is recorded in the Stoik application. If no activity has taken place, this exclusivity ends after:

* 90 days for a company with revenue above €50 million.
* 30 days for a company with revenue at or below €50 million and no project uploaded.

If a broker submits a mandate signed by the company's director, they immediately obtain exclusivity on that prospect, in line with standard brokerage practice.
