# Normas de uso

Se aplican varias normas al Broker Space para garantizarle una experiencia óptima.

### Envío

Si no realiza ninguna nueva acción sobre un estudio durante más de 90 días, puede perder la exclusividad en favor de otro corredor que haya iniciado un estudio sobre la misma empresa o entidad. Este plazo se reduce a 30 días si se cumplen ambos de los siguientes criterios:

* El estudio se refiere a una empresa o entidad cuyos ingresos o presupuesto operativo son inferiores a 50 millones de euros.
* No ha subido ningún proyecto.
