# Règles d'utilisation

Plusieurs règles s’appliquent à l’Espace Broker afin de vous garantir une expérience optimale.

### Soumission

Sans aucune nouvelle action de votre part sur une étude pendant plus de 90 jours, vous pouvez perdre l’exclusivité au profit d’un autre courtier qui a initié une étude sur la même société ou entité. Cette période est réduite à 30 jours si les deux critères suivants sont remplis :

* L’étude concerne une société ou une entité dont le chiffre d’affaires ou le budget de fonctionnement est inférieur à 50 millions d’euros.
* Vous n’avez téléversé aucun projet.
