# Gebruiksregels

Op de Broker Space zijn verschillende regels van toepassing om u een optimale ervaring te garanderen.

### Indiening

Zonder dat u gedurende meer dan 90 dagen verdere actie onderneemt op een studie, kunt u exclusiviteit verliezen ten gunste van een andere broker die een studie over hetzelfde bedrijf of dezelfde entiteit heeft gestart. Deze periode wordt verkort tot 30 dagen als aan beide onderstaande criteria wordt voldaan:

* De studie betreft een bedrijf of entiteit waarvan de omzet of het operationele budget lager is dan €50 miljoen.
* U heeft nog geen project geüpload.
