# Schadeclaims volgen
In geval van een incident zetten we ons in voor volledige transparantie in elke fase van de claim. Daarom heb je toegang tot alle informatie over je eerdere en lopende claims (referentie, indieningsdatum, status, enz.) via het **Claims** tabblad van je Broker Space.
De mogelijke statussen zijn:
* `Aangemeld`: de assistentiedienst van Stoïk is geïnformeerd dat er een vermoedelijke of bevestigde cyberaanval gaande is;
* `Open`: de cyberaanval is bevestigd, het incidentresponsteam van Stoïk is gemobiliseerd;
* `Afgewezen`: de cyberaanval is niet bevestigd of valt niet binnen de scope van het incidentresponsteam van Stoïk;
* `Onderzoek`: het incidentresponsteam van Stoïk onderzoekt de claim;
* `Herstel`: het incidentresponsteam van Stoïk herstelt het informatiesysteem;
* `Juridisch`: het incident is technisch gezien afgesloten, maar aan de juridische kant lopen er nog acties (schadebeoordeling, aanstelling van een deskundige, enz.);
* `Gesloten`: het incident is volledig afgesloten.
