We send your broker a list of items to send us so that we can calculate the cost of the damage.
Once we have received these items, We assess the amount of the damage – an independent firm may be appointed to carry out the calculation.
We send You a letter of acceptance setting out the compensation. Once the letter has been signed, the compensation can be paid.
