# Estados de los buzones

Todos los buzones supervisados por Email Security se enumeran en `Email Security` > `Buzones`, junto con su estado de protección.

## Detalles del buzón

* **Usuario**: el propietario asociado de la cuenta.
* **Dirección de correo electrónico**: la dirección exacta supervisada.
* **Inquilino**: el inquilino vinculado al buzón.
* **Tipo**: `Usuario` (buzón personal, asignado a una persona) o `Compartido` (buzón usado por varias personas, sin un único propietario).
* **Correos sospechosos**: el estado del análisis de correo electrónico.
* **Cuentas comprometidas**: el estado de la detección de toma de control de cuentas.

## Estado de correos sospechosos

* **Activo**: los correos entrantes y salientes se están analizando.
* **Inactivo**: los correos de este buzón no se están analizando. Pasa el cursor sobre el estado para ver el motivo, por ejemplo `Conexión caducada`, `Acceso revocado` o `Problema temporal de sincronización`.

## Estado de cuentas comprometidas

* **Activo**: suficiente historial de inicio de sesión para detectar comportamientos inusuales de la cuenta.
* **Analizando**: aún recopilando historial de inicio de sesión. La detección está activada, pero todavía no con precisión total.
* **Latente**: hay muy poca actividad reciente, por lo que la precisión de la detección se reduce.

## Tipo de buzón

* **Microsoft 365**: obtenido directamente de la configuración del buzón en Outlook (usuario o compartido). Si un buzón muestra un tipo inesperado, comprueba su configuración de Outlook.
* **Google Workspace**: un buzón que aparece como `Compartido` suele ser un "Grupo" con buzones individuales asignados, no un buzón compartido al estilo Outlook.
