# Desinstalación de un host

Elimine el agente EDR de un host supervisado: desde Stoïk Protect en un equipo de trabajo o servidor, o directamente en un dispositivo móvil.

## Requisitos previos

* **Permiso de servicios gestionados**: `Ver y editar las herramientas de servicios gestionados` debe estar habilitado en su cuenta. Consulte [Gestión de acceso de usuarios](/help/help-center-en-es/incorporacion/account/users.md).
* **MFA habilitado durante al menos 2 semanas**: configúrelo desde `Ajustes de usuario` > `Seguridad`, en el menú de la esquina inferior izquierda de la aplicación. Consulte [Asegurar su cuenta](/help/help-center-en-es/incorporacion/account/mfa.md).

## Desinstalar en un equipo de trabajo o servidor

Ve a `MDR` > `Activos supervisados` > `Equipos`. Localice el host y haga clic en el **Desinstalar** icono en su fila.

Los siguientes pasos dependen del proveedor de EDR que se esté ejecutando en el host.

### CrowdStrike

Con CrowdStrike, la desinstalación se ejecuta en el dispositivo. Al hacer clic en **Desinstalar** abre un modal con un **token de mantenimiento** que necesitará para eliminar el agente localmente.

El modal muestra el token automáticamente. Mantenga este modal abierto durante la desinstalación.

2. Ejecute la herramienta. Cuando se le solicite, introduzca el nombre del activo supervisado y la clave de mantenimiento mostrados en el modal.
3. Espere a que la herramienta confirme la eliminación.

1. Abra una terminal.

3. Desinstale el sensor Falcon:

   Debian / Ubuntu:

   sudo apt-get purge falcon-sensor
   ```

   RHEL / CentOS / Fedora:

   ```bash
   sudo yum remove falcon-sensor
   ```

#### Confirme en Stoïk Protect

Vuelva al modal, marque "He completado la desinstalación en el dispositivo utilizando el token anterior" y haga clic en **Confirmar**.

El host pasa a `Desinstalando`. Consulte [Después de la desinstalación](#after-uninstallation).

Una vez que una desinstalación está en curso, aparecen dos iconos adicionales en la fila del host:

* **Ver token**: vuelve a abrir el modal en modo de solo lectura para que pueda copiar de nuevo el token de mantenimiento si es necesario.

* **Cancelar desinstalación**: borra el `Desinstalando` estado en Stoïk Protect.

Cancelar no reinstala el agente en el dispositivo. Si ya ha ejecutado el comando de desinstalación, el agente ya se ha eliminado: cancelar simplemente devuelve el host a `Activo` en la tabla hasta que CrowdStrike lo marque como `Inactivo`.

### SentinelOne

Con SentinelOne, la desinstalación está totalmente gestionada por Stoïk Protect. No hay ningún comando que ejecutar en el dispositivo. El flujo es el mismo en Windows, macOS y Linux.

1. Haz clic en la **Desinstalar** icono en la fila del host.
2. Verifique el nombre del activo en el modal y haga clic en **Confirmar**. El host pasa a `Desinstalando` inmediatamente, y luego a `Inactivo` cuando SentinelOne deja de informar del agente.

Las desinstalaciones de SentinelOne no se pueden cancelar. La orden se envía a SentinelOne en el momento en que hace clic en **Confirmar** y después no hay ningún botón Cancelar en la fila. Compruebe dos veces el nombre del host antes de confirmar.

## Desinstalar en un dispositivo móvil

El flujo móvil no utiliza Stoïk Protect. El EDR se elimina directamente en el dispositivo.

Abra `Configuración` > `General` > `VPN y gestión del dispositivo` y elimine el perfil de EDR, luego elimine la aplicación EDR.

## Después de la desinstalación

El agente se elimina del dispositivo de inmediato, pero el registro del host permanece visible en Stoïk Protect un poco más de tiempo. La duración depende del EDR.

El host permanece en CrowdStrike durante 45 días después de la desinstalación. Durante ese periodo, su estado en Stoïk Protect es `Desinstalando`. Después de 45 días, CrowdStrike purga el host y el estado pasa a ser `Inactivo`.

El host permanece en SentinelOne hasta que el dispositivo vuelva a conectarse. Mientras está sin conexión, su estado en Stoïk Protect es `Desinstalando`; cuando se vuelve a conectar, SentinelOne elimina el host y el estado pasa a ser `Inactivo`. Si el dispositivo nunca vuelve a conectarse (perdido, robado, dado de baja), el host permanece `Desinstalando` indefinidamente.
