# Postfachstatus

Alle von Email Security überwachten Postfächer sind aufgeführt in `Email Security` > `Postfächer`, mit ihrem Schutzstatus.

## Postfachdetails

* **Benutzer**: der zugehörige Kontoinhaber.
* **E-Mail-Adresse**: die exakt überwachte Adresse.
* **Mandant**: der dem Postfach zugeordnete Mandant.
* **Typ**: `Benutzer` (persönliches Postfach, einer Person zugewiesen) oder `Freigegeben` (von mehreren Personen genutztes Postfach, ohne einzelnen Besitzer).
* **Verdächtige E-Mails**: der Status der E-Mail-Analyse.
* **Kompromittierte Konten**: der Status der Erkennung von Kontenübernahmen.

## Status verdächtiger E-Mails

* **Aktiv**: eingehende und ausgehende E-Mails werden analysiert.
* **Inaktiv**: E-Mails in diesem Postfach werden nicht analysiert. Bewegen Sie den Mauszeiger über den Status, um den Grund zu sehen, zum Beispiel `Verbindung abgelaufen`, `Zugriff widerrufen` oder `Temporäres Synchronisierungsproblem`.

## Status kompromittierter Konten

* **Aktiv**: genügend Anmeldeverlauf, um ungewöhnliches Kontoverhalten zu erkennen.
* **Wird analysiert**: es wird noch Anmeldeverlauf gesammelt. Die Erkennung ist aktiviert, aber noch nicht mit voller Genauigkeit.
* **Ruht**: zu wenig aktuelle Aktivität, daher ist die Erkennungsgenauigkeit reduziert.

## Postfachtyp

* **Microsoft 365**: direkt aus der Outlook-Konfiguration des Postfachs übernommen (Benutzer oder freigegeben). Wenn ein Postfach einen unerwarteten Typ anzeigt, überprüfen Sie seine Outlook-Konfiguration.
* **Google Workspace**: ein Postfach, das als `Freigegeben` angezeigt wird, ist meist eine „Gruppe“ mit einzelnen zugewiesenen Postfächern und kein freigegebenes Postfach im Outlook-Stil.

Bei Google-Mandanten ist der Typ Benutzer oder freigegeben nur ab einer kürzlich erfolgten Änderung verfügbar: ältere Daten werden nicht nachgetragen. Microsoft-365-Mandanten verfügen über vollständige historische Daten.
