# Häufige Einrichtungsfehler

## Fehler 400: admin\_policy\_enforced

1. Melden Sie sich bei der [Google Workspace-Admin-Konsole an](https://admin.google.com).
2. Gehen Sie zu `Sicherheit` > `Zugriffs- und Datensteuerung` > `API-Steuerung` > `Google-Dienste verwalten`.

3. Suchen Sie in der Liste der Google-Dienste nach `Google Workspace` und klicken Sie auf `Zugriff ändern`.
4. Wählen Sie `Uneingeschränkt`, sodass jede vom Nutzer genehmigte Anwendung auf den Dienst zugreifen kann.

## Fehler 400: access\_not\_configured

Die Meldung `Zugriff blockiert: Der Administrator Ihrer Einrichtung muss Stoïk Protect überprüfen (Fehler 400: access_not_configured)` bedeutet, dass Ihre Organisation App-Autorisierungen einschränkt. Ein Administrator muss die Anwendung manuell autorisieren:

1. Klicken Sie auf der Fehlerseite auf `Zugriff anfordern`.
2. Öffnen Sie den [Seite für ausstehende Zugriffsanfragen](https://admin.google.com/u/1/ac/owl/list?tab=pendingReviewApps) in Ihrer Google Workspace-Admin-Konsole.
3. Suchen Sie die Anwendung mit dem Namen `Stoik Phishing Simulation`.
4. Wählen Sie sie aus und autorisieren Sie sie.
