# Compensatie

U snel weer op de been helpen staat centraal in onze missie.

Daarom komt ons schadebehandelingsteam in actie zodra de cyberaanval door CERT-Stoïk is bevestigd:

* We sturen uw makelaar een lijst met zaken die hij ons moet toesturen, zodat we de kosten van de schade kunnen berekenen.
* Zodra we deze stukken hebben ontvangen, schatten we de omvang van de schade in – hiervoor kan een onafhankelijk bureau worden aangesteld om de berekening uit te voeren.
* We sturen u een acceptatiebrief waarin de schadevergoeding wordt vermeld. Zodra de brief is ondertekend, kan de schadevergoeding worden uitbetaald.
