# Hoe werkt de vergoeding?

U snel weer op de been helpen staat centraal in onze missie.

Daarom treedt ons claimsmanagementteam in actie zodra de cyberaanval door CERT-Stoïk is bevestigd:

* We sturen uw makelaar een lijst met stukken die hij ons moet toesturen, zodat we de kosten van de schade kunnen berekenen.
* Zodra we deze stukken hebben ontvangen, beoordelen we de omvang van de schade – er kan een onafhankelijk bureau worden aangesteld om de berekening uit te voeren.
* We sturen u een acceptatiebrief met daarin de vergoeding. Zodra de brief is ondertekend, kan de vergoeding worden uitbetaald.
