# Instellen: Microsoft 365

Verbind uw Microsoft 365-tenant zodat Email Security uw postvakken kan analyseren. Elk postvak krijgt dezelfde functies, ongeacht de Microsoft-licentie.

## Vereisten

* Een Microsoft 365 **Global Administrator** account.

## Koppel je tenant

### Meld u aan bij Microsoft

1. Ga in Stoïk Protect naar `Email Security` > `Instellingen`.
2. Selecteren `Microsoft 365` en klik op `Bevestigen`.
3. Meld u aan met uw Global Administrator-account.

### Accepteer de machtigingen

Controleer en accepteer de gevraagde machtigingen. Zie [Vereiste machtigingen](/help/help-nl/email-security/microsoft-365/permissions.md) waarvoor elk ervan wordt gebruikt.

### Volg de begeleide configuratie

Stoïk Protect detecteert uw licentietype en toont het juiste pad:

* **Geen actie nodig**: u wordt doorgestuurd naar de resultatenpagina. De configuratie is voltooid.
* **Minimale actie vereist**: schakel audit in Microsoft Purview in. Zie [Audit inschakelen in Microsoft Purview](#enable-audit-in-microsoft-purview).
* **Volledige configuratie vereist**: configureer eerst de toegang tot Purview en schakel daarna audit in. Zie [Microsoft Purview-toegang configureren](#configure-microsoft-purview-access).

## Microsoft Purview-toegang configureren

Alleen als Stoïk Protect hierom vraagt en de toegang tot Purview nog niet is geconfigureerd.

1. Ga naar de [Azure Portal](https://portal.azure.com/) en meld u aan met een beheerdersaccount.
2. Open het `Marketplace`.
3. Zoek naar Microsoft Purview, selecteer het en klik op `Maken`.

## Audit inschakelen in Microsoft Purview

Alleen als Stoïk Protect hierom vraagt.

1. Ga naar [Microsoft Purview](https://purview.microsoft.com/) en meld u aan met een beheerdersaccount.
2. Open `Oplossingen` > `Audit`.
3. Klik op `Begin met het vastleggen van gebruikers- en beheerdersactiviteit`.

## Na het koppelen

* Bewaakte mailboxen verschijnen in `Email Security` > `Mailboxen`. Zie [Mailboxstatussen](/help/help-nl/email-security/mailbox-statuses.md).
* Stoïk haalt voor alle bewaakte mailboxen de e-mails van de afgelopen 90 dagen op, te beginnen met de oudste. Dit kan enige tijd duren.

Om nog een tenant (Microsoft 365 of Google Workspace) te koppelen, ga naar `Email Security` > `Instellingen`, klik `Provider toevoegen` en volg dezelfde stappen. Je kunt zoveel tenants koppelen als je nodig hebt.
