# Statussen van postvakken

Alle mailboxen die worden bewaakt door Email Security worden vermeld in `Email Security` > `Mailboxen`, met hun beschermingsstatus.

## Mailboxdetails

* **Gebruiker**: de bijbehorende accounteigenaar.
* **E-mailadres**: het exacte bewaakte adres.
* **Tenant**: de tenant die aan de mailbox is gekoppeld.
* **Type**: `Gebruiker` (persoonlijke mailbox, toegewezen aan één persoon) of `Gedeeld` (mailbox gebruikt door meerdere personen, zonder één enkele eigenaar).
* **Verdachte e-mails**: de status van e-mailanalyse.
* **Gecompromitteerde accounts**: de status van detectie van accountovernames.

## Status van verdachte e-mails

* **Actief**: inkomende en uitgaande e-mails worden geanalyseerd.
* **Inactief**: e-mails in deze mailbox worden niet geanalyseerd. Beweeg de muis over de status om de reden te zien, bijvoorbeeld `Verbinding verlopen`, `Toegang ingetrokken` of `Tijdelijk synchronisatieprobleem`.

## Status van gecompromitteerde accounts

* **Actief**: voldoende aanmeldingsgeschiedenis om ongebruikelijk accountgedrag te detecteren.
* **Analyseren**: er wordt nog steeds aanmeldingsgeschiedenis verzameld. Detectie staat aan, maar is nog niet op volledige nauwkeurigheid.
* **Slapend**: te weinig recente activiteit, waardoor de detectienauwkeurigheid lager is.

## Mailboxtype

* **Microsoft 365**: rechtstreeks uit de configuratie van de mailbox in Outlook gehaald (gebruiker of gedeeld). Als een mailbox een onverwacht type weergeeft, controleer dan de Outlook-configuratie.
* **Google Workspace**: een mailbox die wordt weergegeven als `Gedeeld` is meestal een "Group" waaraan individuele mailboxen zijn toegewezen, en geen gedeelde mailbox zoals in Outlook.

Voor Google-tenants is het type gebruiker of gedeeld alleen beschikbaar vanaf een recente wijziging: oudere gegevens worden niet ingevuld. Microsoft 365-tenants hebben volledige historische gegevens.
