# Kwetsbaarheidsmeldingen

Afhankelijk van de ernst van de gedetecteerde kwetsbaarheden waarschuwt Stoïk u proactief per e-mail (kritieke kwetsbaarheden), of kunt u uw maandelijkse meldingen individueel configureren (andere kwetsbaarheden).

De gedeelde informatie is technisch. Ze is daarom bedoeld voor uw IT-teams of uw IT-dienstverlener, die de kwetsbaarheid voor u zal verhelpen.

Nodig hen hiervoor uit op het platform via Instellingen > Gebruikers > Een gebruiker uitnodigen

## Preventietools

* Maandelijkse samenvattingsmail: er wordt op de eerste van elke maand automatisch een e-mail naar u verzonden met een samenvatting van uw activiteiten op Stoïk Protect.
* Melding van kritieke of hoge kwetsbaarheid: Als er een kritieke kwetsbaarheid wordt gedetecteerd in uw externe netwerk, neemt Stoïk handmatig per e-mail contact met u op en biedt persoonlijke ondersteuning om deze zo snel mogelijk op te lossen.
* Externe scanrapport: Gebruikers die deze optie hebben ingeschakeld, ontvangen na elke wekelijkse scan automatisch een e-mail met het Externe scanrapport, met een samenvatting van de kwetsbaarheden die op uw externe aanvalsoppervlak zijn gedetecteerd. Het wordt per gebruiker ingeschakeld via `Instellingen` > `Gebruikers` (zie [Gebruikersbeheer](/help/help-nl/onboarding/account/users.md)).

## Beheerde diensten

* Maandelijkse samenvattingsmail: identiek aan de e-mail van Stoïk Protect wordt deze op de eerste maandag van elke maand naar u verzonden.
* Bevestigde EDR-melding: Als er een bevestigde bedreiging wordt gedetecteerd, stuurt Stoïk SOC u een e-mail met de details van de melding en aanbevolen acties.
* Kritieke waarschuwing: in geval van een groot incident dat onmiddellijke actie vereist, neemt Stoïk SOC rechtstreeks telefonisch contact met u op.
