# CrowdStrike

Zodra de EDR op een werkstation of server is geïnstalleerd, begint de monitoring automatisch en neemt het beschermingsniveau geleidelijk toe. U hoeft zelf niets te doen, tenzij anders wordt gevraagd.

## Uitrolfasen

De EDR wordt in ongeveer één maand in drie opeenvolgende fasen opgevoerd, onder toezicht van de cybersecurity-ingenieurs van Stoïk.

### Fase 1: Detectie (observatiemodus)

* De EDR werkt als een intelligente antivirus zonder de activiteit te verstoren.
* Hij bewaakt systeemactiviteiten (bestanden, processen, verbindingen, enz.) en verzamelt alle relevante logs.
* Hij blokkeert alleen kritieke bedreigingen (ransomware, ernstige malware).

Alleen voor werkstations wordt fase 1 overgeslagen en worden endpoints direct in fase 2 ingesteld.

### Fase 2: Verbeterde preventie

* De eerste preventieve acties worden ingesteld en bepaalde verdachte activiteiten beginnen automatisch te worden geblokkeerd.
* Indien nodig worden uitsluitingsregels toegevoegd om compatibiliteit met uw bedrijfssoftware te waarborgen.
* De quarantaine-engine wordt geactiveerd, wat conflicten kan veroorzaken met bestaande antivirussoftware: zie [Antivirus en uitsluitingen](/help/help-nl/mdr/deploy/antivirus.md).
* Voor klanten met Windows Defender wordt deze module automatisch uitgeschakeld.

Falcon Sensor van CrowdStrike wordt mogelijk niet weergegeven in sommige fleetmanagementtools, zoals Windows Security, voordat fase 2 is geactiveerd.

### Fase 3: Optimale bescherming

* De EDR blokkeert alle kwaadaardige activiteiten in realtime. Het beveiligingsniveau staat op het maximum en het IT-systeem is proactief beschermd.
* De geleidelijke opbouwfasen zijn alleen van toepassing op de EDR-module. Andere modules hebben vanaf het begin automatisch de maximale detectiecapaciteit.

## Bewaakte assets verschijnen automatisch in Stoïk Protect

Alle beschermde eindpunten verschijnen automatisch in `MDR` > `Bewaakte assets` in Stoïk Protect, gemiddeld 5 tot 10 minuten na installatie.

Als een werkstation wordt hernoemd, wordt de naam automatisch bijgewerkt in de lijst met bewaakte assets. Het is niet mogelijk om een werkstation rechtstreeks vanuit de lijst te hernoemen.
