# Mobiele apparaten

Installeer CrowdStrike Falcon op smartphones, via een MDM-oplossing of handmatig met een QR-code.

CrowdStrike Falcon wordt via een MDM geïnstalleerd net als elke andere beheerde applicatie: push het vanuit de MDM-console (app store of enterprise-catalogus) naar de doelapparaten en zorg ervoor dat de klant-ID voor de app is geconfigureerd.

Er zijn te veel MDM-oplossingen om ze stuk voor stuk te documenteren. Raadpleeg de documentatie van je MDM-provider voor de exacte implementatiestappen.

Implementatie via MDM verwijdert de handmatige stap die wordt beschreven in de `Handmatig` tabblad: elke werknemer moet nog steeds zijn QR-code per e-mail ontvangen en scannen om de configuratie te voltooien.

#### Configuratie in Stoïk Protect

1. Ga in Stoïk Protect naar `MDR` > `Instellingen`.
2. In de `Mobiele apparaten` sectie klik je op **Uitrollen**.
3. Voeg werknemers toe door hun e-mailadressen handmatig in te voeren of een CSV-bestand te uploaden.
4. Elke werknemer ontvangt een gepersonaliseerde e-mail met een QR-code.

#### Installeren op het mobiele apparaat

1. Download de CrowdStrike Falcon-app.
2. Open de app en scan de QR-code die per e-mail is ontvangen.

De EDR wordt automatisch geïnstalleerd en het apparaat verschijnt in je lijst met bewaakte hosts in Stoïk Protect.

## Privégebruik van werktelefoons

* **Android:** Via softwarematige scheiding kunnen twee afzonderlijke omgevingen worden geconfigureerd (met twee "Play Stores"). In dat geval wordt geen persoonlijke activiteit geblokkeerd, omdat CrowdStrike slechts op één omgeving is geïnstalleerd.
* **iOS:** CrowdStrike kan geen applicaties blokkeren. De installatie is niet-intrusief en gericht op het detecteren van risicovol gedrag.

## Wat de mobiele EDR blokkeert

* Kwaadwillende IP-adressen en domeinen
* Toepassingen die als gevaarlijk worden beschouwd

De functies voor het bekijken van geïnstalleerde toepassingen zijn niet ingeschakeld.
