# Installatiefouten

Los de meest voorkomende fouten op die kunnen optreden tijdens het installeren of verwijderen van CrowdStrike Falcon Sensor.

## Aanbevolen werkwijzen

Als u tijdens de installatie of verwijdering een blokkering of fout tegenkomt:

* Onderbreek het installatie- of verwijderingsproces nooit handmatig (forceer afsluiten niet in Taakbeheer).
* Wijzig tijdelijk de DNS-server van de computer door de netwerkconfiguratie aan te passen.
* Schakel de Windows-firewall tijdelijk uit en start het proces opnieuw.
* Installeer de Bluetooth-stuurprogramma's opnieuw vanaf de website van de computerfabrikant.
* Sluit/verwijder voordat u CrowdStrike installeert alle antivirusprogramma's die al op de computer staan om mogelijke conflicten te voorkomen. Zie [Antivirus en uitsluitingen](/help/help-nl/mdr/deploy/antivirus.md).

## Problemen oplossen

Foutmelding: *Falcon kon geen verbinding maken met de CrowdStrike-cloud. Controleer uw netwerkconfiguratie en probeer het opnieuw.*

In veel gevallen wordt toegang geblokkeerd door een centrale netwerkbeveiligingsoplossing (bijv. een proxy of DPI-filter). Open de benodigde netwerkverbindingen: zie [Netwerkvereisten](/help/help-nl/mdr/deploy/crowdstrike/network.md).

Foutmelding: *Dit programma is niet ontworpen om op Windows te draaien...*

Dit wijst meestal op een conflict met een al geïnstalleerd antivirusprogramma. Zorg ervoor dat de incompatibele antivirussoftware is verwijderd voordat u de EDR installeert. Zie [Antivirus en uitsluitingen](/help/help-nl/mdr/deploy/antivirus.md).
