# Deployment
Push the Report button to every mailbox in your organization. Deployment takes around 15 minutes.
## Prerequisites
* Administrator access to your Microsoft 365 tenant (Outlook) or your Google Workspace (Gmail).
* Your employees use a [supported client](/human-security/report-button.md#supported-clients).
## Push the button to all employees
This is the recommended option: the button is deployed automatically, and employees have nothing to install.

### Open the add-in on AppSource
Open the [Stoïk Report add-in on Microsoft AppSource](https://appsource.microsoft.com/product/office/WA200011006) with a global administrator account, then click `Get it now`.

### Choose who receives the add-in
Select the users or groups who should receive the add-in. We recommend `Entire organization`.

### Accept the permissions
Review the permissions requested by the add-in, then click `Next`.

### Finish the deployment
Review the summary, then click `Finish deployment`.

### Check the deployed app
In `Integrated apps` > `Deployed apps`, check that `Stoïk Report Phishing` is listed.

The add-in usually appears in employees' mailboxes within a few minutes. Outlook desktop may need a restart to display it.

### Sign in to the Google Admin Console
Open the [Google Admin Console](https://admin.google.com/) with an administrator account.

### Open the Chrome app management page
Go to `Devices` > `Chrome` > `Apps & extensions`, then click the `Users & browsers` tab.

### Select who receives the extension
In `Organizational Units`, select who should receive the extension. To deploy to everyone, keep the top organizational unit selected.

### Add the extension by ID
Click the `+` button at the bottom right, then `Add the Chrome app or extension by ID`.
Paste the extension ID `cpppidkopihnhbbnccpbacacmekcpich`, keep the source on `From the Chrome Web Store`, then click `Save`.

### Force install the extension
Click `Stoïk Report Phishing` in the list (it can take a few seconds to appear). Under `Installation policy`, select `Force install`, or `Force install + pin to browser toolbar` to show the icon by default.
Click `Save`.

Google can take up to 90 minutes to push the extension to all browsers. Employees may need to close and reopen Chrome. See Google's guide [Automatically install apps and extensions](https://support.google.com/chrome/a/answer/6306504).

## Let employees install it themselves
For small teams, BYOD setups, or organizations without centralized IT, each employee can install the button in two minutes. Share the [Employee guide](/human-security/report-button/employee-guide.md#install-the-button-yourself) with your team.
## Verify the installation
1. Open your Outlook or Gmail inbox and pick any email.
2. Click the `Report to Stoïk` button.
3. In Stoïk Protect, go to `Human Risk` > `Report` > `Results`.
Your test report appears in the table within a few seconds. Once it works, [announce the button to your team](/human-security/report-button/announcement.md).
## Troubleshooting
The button does not appear for some employees
* Check that your deployment policy applies to their account or organizational unit.
* For Gmail, check that the user is signed in to Chrome with their work account, and that Chrome is connected to your Google Workspace.
* Gmail only works in Chrome-based desktop browsers. Employees on Safari, Firefox, or mobile will not see the button.
* For Outlook, check that the user has restarted Outlook at least once since the deployment.
My test report does not appear in Stoïk Protect
* For Gmail, check that the extension appears in your Chrome toolbar. If not, restart Chrome.
* For Outlook desktop, restart Outlook to force the add-in to sync.
* If the issue persists, contact Stoïk support.
