# Employee app

Employees open their training through a personal magic link sent by email. No account or password is required.

## Tabs

* **Learning**: all the themes available to the employee (Phishing, Passwords, Transfer Fraud, On Vacation…), shown as cards with a progress indicator.
* **Leaderboard**: a ranking of all employees in the company by training completion, updated in real time.
* **Profile**: overall completion stats and language preferences.

{% hint style="info" %}
The app is available in English, French, German, Spanish, and Dutch. Employees change their language from the `Profile` tab.
{% endhint %}

## Lessons

1. The employee opens a theme and sees its lessons and their progress.
2. Each lesson uses a chat-style format: short messages appear one at a time, and the employee makes choices along the way. A lesson takes 5 to 10 minutes.
3. A short quiz closes the lesson. Employees can retry a missed question.
4. Completing a lesson unlocks the next one in the theme.

## Phishing-to-training

An employee who clicks a link in a phishing simulation is redirected to a lesson on phishing awareness. The page opens with a "Gotcha" moment, then walks them through the warning signs they missed. The lesson completion is recorded in the phishing results.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.stoik.io/human-security/training/employee-app.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
