Sharing training with your team

Once training is activated, you need to invite employees manually. Employees do not need a Stoïk account, they access the Employee Training App via a personal magic link sent by email.

Open the Library

In Learning > Training, open the Library tab.

Select what to share

Click Share to invite them to the full training.

Pick your audience

In the modal, select the employees to invite. You can search by name or email.

Send

Click Send invites. Each selected employee receives a personalized email with a magic link to their Employee Training App.
