# Managing an account

## Access a client's Stoïk Protect space

See [Adding an account](/msp/account-management/adding-an-account.md) to access a client's Stoïk Protect space.

## Navigate between Stoïk Protect spaces

From a given Stoïk Protect account, you can navigate between different Protect spaces.

All clients whose spaces you can access are listed. A search bar is also available.

Once you are connected to several Protect spaces, an `MSP Cockpit` section appears. It contains two tabs: `Tools Coverage` and `Alerts`.

For more information on how the Cockpit works, you can browse through this page which explains in more depth how it works : [Cockpit](https://docs.stoik.io/onboarding/cockpit) or go directly to [Stoïk Protect Cockpit](/msp/stoik-protect/stoik-protect-cockpit.md)

## How Cyber products work

### Prevention tools

See all articles about Stoïk prevention tools in the [Help Center](https://github.com/stoikio/gitbook-global/tree/main/help-center/prevention-tools/external-scan/README.md).

{% hint style="info" %}
If the client is not insured with Stoïk, the External Scan tool starts as soon as the client completes their information after receiving the connection invitation to their space.
{% endhint %}

### MDR

See all articles about the Stoïk MDR product in the [Help Center](https://github.com/stoikio/gitbook-global/tree/main/help-center/mdr/deploy/README.md).

### Email Security

See all articles about the Stoïk Email Security product in the [Help Center](https://github.com/stoikio/gitbook-global/tree/main/help-center/email-security/microsoft-365/README.md).

## Testing Cyber products

Contact your account manager to get access to a test Stoïk Protect space.

## Who has access to the Stoïk Protect space?

For now, the person with access to the Stoïk Protect space is the person who sent the connection invitation to the client.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.stoik.io/msp/account-management/managing-an-account.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
