# Ein Konto hinzufügen

Als MSP benötigen Sie die Zustimmung des Kunden, bevor Sie seine Cyber-Tools verwalten können. Die Verbindung mit dem Stoïk Protect-Bereich des Kunden ist daher ein entscheidender Schritt im Prozess. Dieser Schritt gewährt Ihnen außerdem Exklusivität für das Kundenkonto.

Um ein Konto hinzuzufügen:

### Konto erstellen

In der `Konten` Registerkarte, klicken Sie auf `Neues Konto`.

### Firma auswählen

Wählen Sie die Firma aus und vervollständigen Sie dann den Domainnamen und die E-Mail-Adresse des Kontos.

### Verbindungsanfrage

Fordern Sie die Verbindung zu einem Stoïk Protect-Bereich an. Sobald das Konto erstellt wurde, ist dieser Schritt erforderlich, bevor Sie Lizenzen kaufen können. Geben Sie die E-Mail-Adresse Ihres Kunden ein.

Wenn Ihr Kunde bereits bei Stoïk versichert ist, müssen Sie **müssen** eingeben **die in seinem Bereich bereits verwendete E-Mail-Adresse** um den richtigen Stoïk Protect-Bereich zu synchronisieren.

Der Link in der an den Kunden gesendeten E-Mail ist gültig für **7 Tage.** Danach läuft der Link ab und Sie müssen die Verbindungsanfrage erneut senden.

Sobald die Verbindung aktiv ist, können Sie über den Link zum erneuten Senden auf den Stoïk Protect-Bereich Ihres Kunden zugreifen.
