# Règles d'exclusivité
L’exclusivité sur un prospect est garantie dès qu'un compte Stoïk Protect est lié à votre espace MSP.
Si vous ne parvenez pas à vous connecter à un espace Stoïk Protect sous 90 jours, celui-ci peut être saisi.

Si vous essayez d'ajouter un compte sous partenariat exclusif, vous recevrez un message d'erreur à la création.

Aucune donnée n'est transférée quand un compte est saisi. Il est simplement supprimé du premier espace MSP et ajouté sur le second espace MSP, sans aucun lien entre les deux espaces.
