How to read results on the External Scan?
External scan score
All the information gathered by the external scan is aggregated and weighted into a total score out of 100, visible from the External Surface > Results page. the score provides an overview of the overall risk level, calculated from all detected vulnerabilities.
Detected vulnerabilities
Each vulnerability is then displayed below the dashboard. You can filter vulnerabilities by criticality level – low, medium, high, or critical – to quickly see which areas require priority attention. Once a vulnerability is fixed, it will be automatically removed during the next scan.

Currently, it is not possible to obtain a history of addressed vulnerabilities.
If a vulnerability cannot be resolved immediately, it is essential to take temporary measures to minimize the risk of exploitation, such as:
Applying stricter firewall rules
Implementing network segmentation

Vulnerability details
Details of each vulnerability are available by clicking on it, including: the affected infrastructure component, a brief summary, the impact of the vulnerability, and remediation recommendations.

Rerun the scan
If you have implemented new remediation measures on your infrastructure, you can rerun the external scan by clicking on Rerun scan.
Scan report
You can download a scan report by clicking on Scan report. This report, downloadable in PDF format, can be shared externally.
