Common setup errors

1. Error 400: admin_policy_enforced

Sign in to the Google Workspace Admin console

Go to Security > Access and data control > API controls > Manage Google Services

In the list of Google Services, find Google Workspace service, and select Change access

Select Unrestricted: any application approved by the user can access the service to enable API access.

2. Error 400: access_not_configured

If you encounter the error message Access blocked: your institution's administrator must review Stoïk Protect (Error 400: access_not_configured), it means your organization has implemented a restrictive policy for app authorizations.

An administrator must manually authorize the application:

Request Access: On the error page, click on the Request Access link.

Access Google Admin: Go to the Pending Access Requests page in your Google Workspace Admin console.

Approve the App: Find the application named Stoik Phishing Simulation in the list of applications pending validation.

Authorize: Select the application and manually authorize it to grant it access to your environment.

3. A blank page appears

Your IP address may be considered a proxy or VPN by our phishing tool. As a result, your IP address may have been banned, which is not the expected behaviour.

Send us your IP address at [e-mail] so that we can add it to the whitelist if it has indeed been banned.
