# Report button

The Report button lets your employees flag suspicious emails in one click, directly from Outlook or Gmail. Every report appears in Stoïk Protect, where you review it from a single page.

## How a report works

### An employee reports an email

The employee clicks the **Report Phishing** button in Outlook or Gmail.

### The email is classified

Stoïk checks whether the email was part of a phishing simulation you sent, or a suspicious email from outside your organization.

### The employee gets immediate feedback

A pop-in confirms the report:

* For a simulation: a short message congratulates the employee and explains the warning signs they spotted.
* Otherwise: a confirmation that the report was forwarded to the IT team.

### You review the report

The report appears in `Human Risk` > `Report` > `Results`. See [Reviewing reports](/human-security/report-button/reports.md).

To get a daily digest, enable `Cyber: Prevention` > **Receive a summary of reported emails** in your user settings. Every morning at 9 am, you receive an email listing all the emails reported by your employees.

## What employees see in their mailbox

Reporting an email does not change it in the employee's mailbox:

* No "under investigation" notice or banner is added, during or after the review.
* Other employees who received the same email are not alerted.
