Errors during Phishing module setup

Error 400 in Google sync.

If you encounter the error message Error 400: admin_policy_enforced, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to the Google Workspace Admin console

2. Go to Security > Access > API > Manage Google Services

3. In the list of Google Services, find Google Workspace service, and select Edit access

4. Select Unrestricted: any application approved by the user can access the service to enable API access.

Errors in manual sync.

There are four common errors in the manual sync. flow:

1. All three fields are not filled (First Name + Last Name + Email). For example, if the user's name is [email protected], you can enter Admin in both the First Name and Last Name fields.

2. The professional domain name used in the Email field has not been added to the External Scan settings. Stoïk's phishing module does not accept generic email addresses (gmail, yahoo, hotmail, etc.). Only addresses associated with a professional domain name can be included in phishing simulation campaigns.

3. Special characters are written in the emails (common characters like - or . are allowed).

4. Email addresses must be imported in lowercase.

A blank page appears

Your IP address may be identified as a proxy or VPN by our phishing tool. Therefore, your IP address may have been banned, which is not the expected behavior.

The solution is simple to send us your IP address at [email protected] so that we can whitelist it, if it has indeed been banned.
