Setup CrowdStrike on ChromeOS

To deploy CrowdStrike on ChromeOS endpoints, you'll first need to contact Stoïk at [email protected] and request your ChromeOS hostname and API key.

Once you receive this information, open the Google Admin console, and navigate to Devices > Chrome > Connectors, and click New provider configuration.

  1. In the list of providers, click Configure under CrowdStrike XDR

  1. Enter the API key and hostname provided by Stoïk

  2. Under XDR events, select Enable XDR events

  3. Click Add configuration

  4. Under Organizational units, find your unit and click its name

  5. Check the CrowdStrike XDR - My XDR configuration box

  6. Click Save

  7. Go to Devices > Chrome > Settings

  8. Click the Device settings tab

  9. In the section User and device reporting, in the Report extended detection and response (XDR) events list, select Report extended detection and response (XDR) events.
