What is SPF and how do I configure it?
SPF definition
Sender Policy Framework (SPF) is an email security protocol used to combat spam and email spoofing.
Specifically, SPF allows a domain (e.g., yoursite.com) to specify in its DNS records which servers are authorized to send emails on its behalf. When a mail server receives an email claiming to come from yoursite.com, it checks if the sending server is on this authorized list.
For example, if you use Gmail or a service like Mailchimp to send your emails, your SPF record will say: “Only Gmail or Mailchimp servers can send emails on behalf of my domain.”
Configuration
Go to External Surface > Results > Configuration and reputation to find your SPF data.

Then click on View all at the bottom of the page: you will find misconfigured domains, as well as installation guides depending on whether you are using Google or Microsoft.
